We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of projects for our international clients while mentoring and leading a dynamic team of Project Managers. You'll work closely with senior leadership and sales, contribute to client proposals, and help shape our delivery excellence standards.

What You'll Do

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion, managing scope, budget, timeline, client communication, risk mitigation, and escalations
• Maintain visibility across all team projects and support strategic decision-making
• Leverage your extensive fixed-price project expertise both in hands-on delivery and knowledge sharing with fellow PMs

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with our sales team on proposals, estimates, and client discussions
• Work effectively with diverse stakeholders while maintaining complete project scope control
• Build lasting relationships with clients and C-level executives

Team Leadership & Development

• Provide leadership to our PM team through recruitment support, mentoring, constructive feedback, and maintaining high delivery standards
• Monitor team capacity and ensure optimal resource allocation
• Create and refine PM processes, implement and maintain project management tools
• Partner with executive leadership and heads of other departments

What You Bring

Essential Experience

• 5+ years of IT project management experience with a proven track record
• Strong client expectation management and negotiation skills, especially when navigating scope changes or conflicts
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams
• Successfully delivered complex software development projects
• Extensive fixed-price project experience—both in independent execution and knowledge transfer
• Proficiency with Agile/Lean methodologies and ability to facilitate discovery workshops and refinement sessions
• Presales experience including proposal development and client presentations

Key Skills

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Talent for building strong relationships with clients and executive stakeholders
• Resilience under pressure and effective crisis management
• Fluent English and Polish (C1 level)
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Salesforce

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience managing resource allocation processes
• Scrum Master/Product Owner certifications (PSM/PSPO, CSPO)
• Technical or consulting background
